At VR7 Fragrance, we take great care in packaging and shipping our fragrances. Due to the nature of perfume products, please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged during transit
The product received is leaking
The product received is incorrect or incomplete
Opened, used, or tampered perfume products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Return Request Timeframe
Any return request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
Requests raised after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Proof Required
To process a return request, customers must provide:
Order ID
Clear photos or video of the damaged/leaking/incorrect product
Outer packaging images (including shipping label)
Requests without proper proof may be rejected.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
Opened or used perfumes
Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
Orders placed with incorrect address or details provided by the customer
Products returned without prior approval
Refund Policy
Once the return request is approved:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
If a replacement is preferred (subject to availability), it will be dispatched after approval.
Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to our error or transit damage, we will arrange the return pickup or guide you accordingly.
Customers must not send any product back without prior confirmation from our support team.
