VR7 Fragrance was founded in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, with a single workbench, a few hundred raw materials, and a quiet obsession. The founder, Vivek Rajput, was not a perfumer by trade. He was a fragrance lover who kept asking the same question every Indian perfume buyer eventually asks:
why do the perfumes I can afford never last, and why do the ones that last cost more than my month's rent?
That question turned into months of research. Months turned into hundreds of test batches. Test batches turned into the first formula. And from that first formula came the brand's defining decision — to skip Eau de Toilette, skip Eau de Parfum, and go straight to Extrait de Parfum, the most concentrated and long-lasting form of fine fragrance in the world.
